The JOY of being CONSCIOUS

Welcome to our weekly meditation circle at STPLN!

Do you want to try meditation, but don´t know where to start?

Have you tried meditation before, but couldn't' t keep up the habit?

Are you meditating regularly, but looking for some inspiration?

Then we might have something to offer you!


In this weekly meditation circle you will learn simple yet effective techniques to enter the meditative state. We will guide you through the process using a method that is easy to understand by everyone regardless of background. You will receive instructions and guidelines that you can take home with you, to help you create the habit of daily meditation. After each session you will have the opportunity to ask questions, and to share your experience with the group, if you want to. Together we will create a safe space for everyone to dive into our deepest self, and to explore the joy of being conscious. You are also welcome to stay awhile afterwards, to drink some tea and get to know each other.

No previous experience is required to participate.
The events are free, with a recommended donation of 75 SEK.

About the teachers:
Karina and Alexander are two passionate explorers of the human psyche, with very different backgrounds, but with a mutual goal. They both wish to spread awareness of how to recognise and rest in consciousness to as many as possible. As they both believe that this is the key to living a happy, healthy, balanced and awake life as a human being.

Alexander has been studying and training in Buddhist meditation for over 15 years. His exuberant passion for awakening is clearly seen by everyone he talks to. A spiritual poet at heart, he shares his own experiences fearlessly with everyone. He dreams of being part of the bridge between east and west, demystifying the Dharma to make it accessible to everyone regardless of their beliefs or background.

Karina is a certified clinical psychologist and licensed transpersonal psychotherapist. Her vast knowledge and understanding of the human psyche is surpassed only by her gentle and warm presence. She joyfully shares effective and scientifically proven methods, while creating a safe and compassionate space for everyone to explore their inner experiences and discover their true potential.
