For over 30 years, Pneuma Institute has promoted this day as the Day of Inner Peace and is committed to spreading a Culture of Peace. Only by achieving Inner Peace will Global Peace be possible ❤

We are making a sincere invitation for all of us to become involved in a process of radical transformation and this entails a deep revolution of our consciousness, the Revolution of Peace.

We will start with a video conference of the founder and creator of Pneuma Institute, Juan Ruiz Naupari, and from 17.30 we will have a Pneuma Breathwork session, followed by Mandala drawing and integration.
