My name is Karina Minda and I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. I have experience in working with children, teenagers and adults on a wide range of difficulties, situations and conditions.

I started studying psychology compelled by my curiosity to understand the human psyche, but very soon it became clear for me that what took me to psychology was not just a rational interest, but a longing to explore the depths of my own inner life. What I discovered in this long, and many times difficult process, was the joy of living with awareness, presence and love, the joy of being mySELF and finding the beauty of my being.

Through my work I accompany people in this inquiring process through which they discover more about themselves, they learn to manage their emotions, and deal with the difficulties in their life. For me it means taking responsibility for your own life, freedom, identity and happiness.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental and compassionate space, in which you find the support you need to look at the difficult situations in your life and find solutions for them, manage your emotions and change the unhealthy thinking patterns, to explore and accept your needs, and discover your potential.

I have a big interest in social impact projects, and I believe social change begins with each one of us. That’s one of the reasons why I organise personal development workshops, lectures on stress management and well being, with the purpose of offering people the tools and knowledge they might need in order to live a healthier and more balanced life.
